Why I Do This
I got into real estate after watching friends and family go through their first purchase. The confusion. The pressure. The "wait, what does that mean?" moments. Most agents are fine — but they're built for volume. I focus on the buyer who deserves someone in their corner, not someone checking boxes. That's first-time buyers in Mississauga & the GTA first.
What drives me: seeing someone go from overwhelmed to confident. From "I have no idea what I'm doing" to "okay, I got this." I take the time to explain the stuff that matters — the offer, the conditions, the neighbourhood trade-offs — so you're making decisions with your eyes open.
When I'm not with clients, I'm driving around Mississauga. Port Credit, Streetsville, Erin Mills, City Centre. I want to know which streets feel right, which areas are changing, and where the commute actually hurts. That's the intel I bring to the table.
